what are you top 3 favourite foods? not necessarily prepared in a certain way, but in general? i'm drunk and hungry and want to experiment with cooking.
for me it's:
swordfish
steak
potatoes
god damn i could eat swordfish all the fucking time it's delicious as fuck and i get it for ridiculously cheap from my friend. i am insanely grateful, hes a real ass nigga. i probably eat it like 3 - 4 times a week, i cant get enough of it. i get theres alot of mercury in it but honestly i dont really give a shit if i turn insane or blind or whatever happens with mercury fuck. swordfish is too fucking good my man.
as for steaks i eat that shit usually rare, delicious as fuck. when im not feeling the swordfish or want something different i go to my butcher and get some steak, i will either barbecue it or bake it or fry it, but admittedly im pretty inexperienced with steak because i mostly cook swordfish so i just do whatever method comes to me first. they always turn out pretty good but im sure yall niggas could offer advice in this regard or help me prepare it better
potatoes are just the GOAT sidedish/vegetable, got nothing back to say about these niggas. they good with everything

i really like beans, like kidney beans, white beans
but my dad won't let me eat them anymore and I don't know why, i love beans.
Mushrooms
Gold potatoes
Beef, any and all cuts, but especially the kinds you need to slow roast
Honestly I kind of want to put mushrooms in every spot because god damn I love me some shrooms.

i always hear about how good mushrooms are but i fucking hate mushrooms
i want to like them because everyone who i know that likes mushrooms absolutely LOVES mushrooms and they talk about them like they are the best food ever. i dont trust fungi so i feel like that is playing a part in my dislike for mushrooms, but how is your favourite way to prepare them? willing to give them another go
