Its in the frozen foods near the whole frozen Cornish hens not out in the open freezers but if you need animal fats got to sprouts or whole foods they have chicken duck beef tallow and pork... Don't use vegetable fats it adds belly fat fruit fats are better avocado and coconut dont really have a taste also stay away from nut oils
