What is non dairy creamer and can I use it for something other

I don't think there have ever been studies done attempting to link cancer and non-dairy creamer, compadre.

I imagine if you were trying to make a dairy-free White Russian, it could work.

This. "one serving" of creamer is small enough that it's calorie content can legally be called zero. It's not as if anyone actually eats creamer in the volume of actual food.
