I use "Mrs. Dash No Salt" for my ground turkey and grass-fed beef..... I also use lower sodium pasta sauce....

I don't want lemon on my meat for most applications. Sure, the citrus makes sense for a few things: fajitas. Jerk chicken. But otherwise it could easily clash with the rest of the dish. Leave the lemon out and just use fresh lemon juice if you want lemon.
