Use an overripe banana so that it is really sugary and not starchy. Mix your marinade in the blender with the banana to get it as integrated as possible, and leave out other sweeteners.
You can also use some pineapple, even though its sweet, it will introduce acidity and you can head a "sweet and sour" route.

Does it have to be the flesh of the banana? Maybe you could make a simple syrup, put some banana peels in it and let that soak for a few days. When it's done, mix it into your marinade. Alternatively, I would boil the bananas in a bit of water until they got mushy, then force the mush through a fine sieve a few times. The just add that to the marinade and hope for the best. It may also help to build the marinade with ingredients that'll compliment the banana. I'm thinking coconut milk...
What meat are you supposed to be using?

Don't put the banana in there and tell them that you did use the banana.
Lie to whoever it is trying to make you put bananas in meat marinade. Lie right to their fat stupid face.
