So I bought a pizza dough about 2 weeks ago with hopes of making that into a pizza or something, I had forgotten about it since then as I had left that inside the fridge.
I'll be making a flat bread out of it right now. What can I expect out of this?

It has a very strong alcohol smell to it. My nose is almost clogged up right now because of it. (I don't drink alcohol normally)
Hope it turns out better than my expectation.

You should be able to make some nice pittas. I like to make a basic dough with no yeast, let it sit out for a few days until it smells alcohol-y, and make pittas out of that.

I made some flat bread, it tasted bit alcoholy, but seems fine so far.
I just had to throughly cook it to get rid of most of the alcohol content.
