Just tea with cinamon powder looks like a bad idea
You can make masala chai which is really great by infusing tea and spices (cardamom cinamon pepper cloves is a good base) in water and milk
Or if you simply want to add cinamon powder into something add it in hit chocolate. That's my favourite winter treat
