I literally will dump a can of beans into the crock pot, alonv with a quick squeeze of cheap bottled BBQ sauce, set one of those bad boys on top of the beans, turn it on low and just walk away for a few hours.

Maybe a half hour before I'm ready to eat I'll toss a cut in half ear of corn or two in there.

Oh my bad dude forgot the breakfast part.

Just oven roast that shit the night before and in the morning, cut a slice off, throw it in the pan to crisp a bit, crack an egg on top, then put the lid on your pan, turn the stove to low and go take your morning shit. Egg will be done by the time your done.

I would often grill them on low heat then slice into medallions when done. My favourite is the black pepper one. Good stuff
