I made a fat pancake in my cheapo one, by the way. It was alright. It got cold before it could eat it all. Don't use packaged oancake mix. I think I used a specific recipe for rice cooker pancakes.

Ive no use for a rice cooker anymore since rice tastes better in a pot. I guess I could buy a ringmold and steam it in a big pot

I did something like this with a pan. I just poured in a shitload of batter and cooked it like normal. Flipping it was scary because the top was still liquid and the cake was the size of the pan, but other than that they were fucking delicious. 12 ounce pancakes, but still cooked and fluffy all the way through.
