So I currently started to go to gym for an hour everyday and lose around 300 calories but my diet is shit.
I weight 140 lbs (65kg) and am 5ft3 (1.60m) tall
What should i include in my diet in order to lose more than i eat but still be full after each meal?
btw my goal is to lose 10 kg in 7 months max (then continue building muscles but nvm) also i am a girl

Ha, no. Cut back on carbs and eat more unsaturated fats OP, those fill you up well. Fish gives you protein plus omega-3's, nuts and seeds in moderation, olive oil and vegetables like avocado.

I know that low-gi carbs are beneficial pre workout, but with the main goal of weight loss and fulfillment in mind they should be kept to a minimum.

Do you really expect this person to cut carbs altogether? Let's be realistic. Carbs are fine even when trying to lose weight.
Ive only cut down on bread a bit and sweets but hasn't helped a lot
