Bought some beef that was on sale, cooked it, it was very tough... Are there some good cuts of beef that are reasonably priced, I can get.
Or just stick with Chicken?

Buy chicken mostly but always throw away the skin, so figured , try some beef.

Think I might of cooked too long, usually cook chicken on low for 30min. (oven not working, tin foil covered pie plate on range. I cover the top with tin foil and poke holes in it)

Just checked freezer... Beef Shank.
Keep all my Styrofoam trays and removed chicken skin in the freezer, garbage pick up is every other week in Leaf Land, dump them in garbage the night before.

Gotta choose the right method of cooking. Any cut of meat can be good, if the animal is at least a decent quality

Tried Turkey legs, also tough. Chicken is never tough,...use the tin foil pie plate method for all my cooking...
