Doc says if I continue to consume dairy I'll end up ripping my insides apart. Shit sucks. What are the best alternatives? I've been buying store brand almond milk but I'm not sure what to do if I want to make a recipe that needs milk or cream.

Why? I'm trying to bulk and I eat a fuckload of dairy per day. Milk, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, butter and whey products. A-am I dead?
I thought there's nothing wrong with dairy.

well, you're obviously not intolerant to dairy like OP is, you extra retard
OP, try greek yogurt or kefir; if you're intolerant to those, well... hopefully the taste of kefir will make you not want dairy ever again anyway
I get soy milk even at the risk of titties

I drink it purely for this reason and hope.
Have you tried lactose free milk, OP?

I have and it tastes like ass butter, same with soy milk. Almond milk is the only alternative I can stand (and it lasts fucking forever, jesus christ), but I really only need drinkable milk for cereal and porridge and shit. I'm more looking for cooking alternatives like if I want to make pannycakes or a cream stew.
Almond milk works fine for a lot of recipes that call for real milk. Sometimes the dish might end up a little thin, though, and I've noticed that it can affect the color (made instant mashed potatoes with it once and almond milk turned it kind of gray).
But for stuff where you absolutely need real milk/cream, I have no idea. Coconut milk maybe? Try referencing some vegan recipes to see what they use as knock-off versions of the ingredients you need, and then experiment.

Holy fuck. It's so obvious and yet so brilliant.

Why do you need dairy? What recipes calls for fucking milk anyway?
Intolerantfag here... Silk, unsweetened vanilla.

Try coconut milk as a replacement for milk or cream. Almond milk doesn't have fat in it so it's not as good a replacement for milk in recipes as coconut milk.

Milk is fucking great for bulking up. It has proteins, growth factors, and goes with anything really.
Milk though is also linked with some cancers and might give you acne depending on who you are.
Milk is great short term, but might bite your ass longterm.
