Salmon, asparagus, and a whole grain, carrot, edamame blend.
What are you eating this Saturday evening?
Salmon looks a little overcooked or something. I'm going to the casino and going to drink gin and tonics all night.

Strange, I am staying home to drink gin from the bottle until I pass out in my chair.
it's not overcooked is probably over seasoned

I already posted this in another dinner thread, but whatever.
I'm making our big weekend dinner tonight instead of tomorrow, because we have plans. Today we've been decorating for Halloween all day.
ANYWAY, I'm making rootbeer glazed ham, potatoes au gratin, roasted brussels sprouts, yeast rolls, and apple cobbler. Actually, it will probably be apple-pear cobbler because I have a couple of asian pears I need to use.

>decorating for Halloween
>the day before Halloween
Why do people do this?
We decorated for Halloween 3 weeks ago.
Those decorations will come down November 1st upon which the Thanksgiving decorations will go up.
What is the point of waiting til the day before a holdiday to decorate for a holiday.

Nice pans
I made a quick snack of sautéed onions and green pepper with black pepper and garlic and corn tortillas

is that hot sauce on your salmon??
>>8231127
that's definitely overcooked
I had porkchops flip'd in flour, egg/parmesan and breadcrumbs with rice and veggies.
Simple, but did the job.

Not everyone has OCD. You know they have some pretty good meds now, don't you?

Its not OCD its common sense.
Why do you decorate for monthly holidays the day before the holiday just to tear it down the day after?
Its a waste of time.
