Depends on how many people will be there and the budget.

Can't go wrong with store made pollo asado, carne al pastor, or carne asada if you wanna spend a little more (even if it's chuck).

A stack or two of store made tortillas, some rice, maybe some beans, a couple cases of cheap beer.

Cheapest quinceañera I can think of.

I don't know.

All I know for sure is pork and chicken are cheap at the moment.
