What's /ck/s opinion on this?
It tastes so good I feel like there's a catch. Is this shit unhealthy?. Is it decent breakfast?.

Shit. Well, I mean if I went back to McDonald's would you think it's alright?. This junk actually fills me up for a while (even though I need like 5 packets to get full).

how about neither

you could do a lot worse than 650 cal and 60g of sugar per meal, but you could do a lot better. cut it down to two packets at absolute most. add a banana (roughly the same in terms of sugar & calories, but wider variety of nutrients) if you want

Does that include the milk used to make it? Milk has a fair bit of sugar. This stuff is made with milk, right?

Alright, thanks for the input.
How about this. I recently started this because faggots at Krogers have been stupid with their sub-deli thing opening late.
I would get a full Turkey sub with mayo on both sides, lettuce, tomato, light oil, and vinegar. I could add onions though.
Is that a good replacement?. It is like 8 bucks so that would pretty much be my breakfast and lunch. Later at night I would have some unhealthy snack but I'll probably have that unhealthy snack anyways.

Full sub would be on white bread.

I use milk. I think you can use water if you want.
>artificially flavored fruit pieces and non-dairy creamer
The catch is cancer OP.
Just cook oats with milk and put whatever you want in. I like palm sugar, cinnamon, a tiny bit of butter, and a bit of salt. I don't have it often because sugar is the devil, but it's good as fuck.

whatever is in the packet, that's the nutritional info on it, yes. if you're adding milk to it instead of water, then no, add in those calories and sugars, too.

whole wheat bread. personally, i like mustard instead of mayo, but a serving of mayo isn't going to be the make/break here. don't eat the unhealthy snack. have a slightly healthier snack.

how 'bout you just get plain rolled / steel cut oats and cook em... takes 15 mins tops... or even quick oats, put em in the microwave...
