I'm really excited because a new grocery store opened near me.
Makes me feel like I should re-evaluate my life and/or kill myself.

It is a hunter's duty to gather knowledge of and monitor his food sources so as to best survive in his environment. Don't feel bad, it's just nature.
Depends on the grocery store, it's pretty exciting if a new Wegman's opens near you. If a new Kroger opened here though literally no one would notice there's one every 100 feet.

You're just grown up now, m8
a publix opened up last week near me, the people there are annoyingly nice
>>8224212
>still don't like it
Why? It's way better once you get over the bills and responsibilities thing
>>8224219
>I'm not an american (or whatever country they'r e from) but that really does look unbearable.
I can't fucking stand people who are friendly without reason, store personnel or not
>>8224224
I've been paying bills since I was 15, I'm way past that.
I specifically don't like a fucking grocery store somehow being the highlight of my month

Then get a hobby, you depressing shitbird
>>8224227
Just go to New York, then. The entire state saps the joy out of life. You'll never have to worry about anyone being friendly.

You're a psychopath, a real clinical one. Normal people ARE friendly to one another and the fact you can't stand this behavior confirms it. Please don't become a serial killer.

Not that guy but I've been living in NYC for 16 years and I hate people who are friendly for no reason. Personally I thinks it has to do with the fact that most people in NYC move fast and think about themselves and nice people can cpme off as fake.
I can only deal with these people if theyre store/restaurant personell, but random nice people piss me off if it's directed at me.

That's because people that are super nice want something from you. You have a good shilldar.
>>8224440
Nigga I'm just standard anti-social
>>8224183
Really makes you think
>>8224440
There's friendly and the there's "American service job" friendly. Most of us find it really creepy and fake.

It can be very creepy and fake. I like when people are polite to each other without trying to be overly familiar with strangers. A warm greeting is fine. Going further and asking personal questions (or giving way too much personal information) is rude. Some people don't know where the line is.
