Judging from the recipe I'd assume it's teaspoon. You should be able to eyeball all that stuff, anyway.

freestyle meatloaf for the win.

used to grind up scrap raw meat for the conference center I worked for then add sauted vegetables (celery,onion, carrots, garlic) , oatmeal, a couple raw eggs, tons of salt and pepper and then top with ketchup and bake until done.
