Not a diet essentially, but paleo for six months or so. I cheat often.

Bulimia but before I went into that I was on ketosis diet. Yeah it's a meme but it works

Nope, I haven't eaten today! I do intermitted fasting, so just about to in a bit. Going to get a chicken wrap that is about 500 calories, then have a snack around 3pm that is another 200, then some chicken and veggies at dinner to get to 1200 calories. My TDEE is around 1900 so. Trying to shed a few pounds a bit faster before the holidays as a buffer.
