What should I make for dinner? I've only recently gotten into cooking meals and i want to make something fun and that's good learning experience. My favorite types of cuisine are Japanese, German, and Mexican foods.

Preferably something you don't have to cook.

Paprika roast chicken with fresh lemon. It's easy, you don't have to do much and it's a hard dish to fuck up. The only way you will ruin roast chicken is if you pass out for a few hours and burn the shit out of your chicken.

Make what I'm making: cold surimi dipped in cottage cheese.

how

put a generous amount of paprika, salt, garlic, and olive oil on some chicken and roast it at 200ÂșC for about 45 minutes per kg of chicken. squeeze fresh lemon juice on it when it's done. you can tell when it's done by poking it with a skewer or knife, if clear fluid comes out of the chicken it's done but if red juice comes out it's probably not done yet. throw some corn in the oven 20 minutes before it's done and then eat it.

dish for moist chicken sheet for crispier (drier) chicken. both are good and it's up to you. I go with the dish and make gravy with the pan juices.
