I'll freely admit that I can't pronounce some shit to save my life. French is fucking impossible for me for some reason, which was hell when I worked at a place that ran a 5 course French menu (nothing else) on certain days.

No problems at all with Spanish (thx restaurant industry/Florida in general) and I'm getting pretty decent at Japanese (thx over 9000 hours of anime, still don't know shit, fuck that language). I've been helping our new sushi chef (fresh from ol' Nippon) with English in exchange for him helping me with my animu speaking, it's been interesting. Was up late the other night printing out a "translation" of our sushi menu for him since he was having trouble reading tickets, we'll see how that goes... hopefully he doesn't chop up one of the stray cats out back and serve 'em.
