Apples are cheap as fuck right now, by the way.

This really boosts things. Lots of fiber. Available at Whole Foods.

I struggle with getting regular poops out also. I eat healthy, and have a lot of salad, but that doesn't help much. Fruit is a good source of fiber also, but it's really easy to go over your sugar allotment eating too much fruit so it can only serve as a boost.

kimchi, kefir, sauerkraut, etc
40g of fiber from plants a day
balancing soluble and insoluble fiber
those super probiotic pills you can get
i only drink water anyway

literally only wheat bran, and to a lesser extent oat bran helps me to poop without any help from those water absorbing powders

no, my diet is what i could say is normal

veggies, beans, not too much carbs like rice or bread, meat 2-3 times a week

I have done a few things...

Breakfast: I mix cheerios and milk. One cup of this with a cup of cheerios. Pretty decent combo.

Breakfast 2: Mix in oatmeal

Lunch/Dinner: Mix in a salad. Adds some fiber and crunch.

It looks like catfood, so mixing it is the key.
