Do you know a way to dress up rice so it will taste good?

I am a poorfag living on a campus that wants to eat at least a bit healthy. That means I am probably going to eat a lot of rice, but plain rice gets old very quickly, so I am searching for ways to have some variety. I am mainly searching for it to be used as side dish, not main food(ie fried rice or risotto)

I currently have:
Jeera rice
Star anise rice
Curry rice
Rice with ginger and/or cardamon

Any other idea?

Buy canned major greys chutney and put a few big spoonfuls in your rice and mix it in before cooking.

Also remember to rince your rice before doing this

saffron broth
curry powder (mix in while boiling)
pilaf
