What do you guys think of my pancake cake ? on each pancake layer

I usually hate pancakes and I'm the best cook on this board and I think this sounds great. I might give it a try myself

make sure you make them all uniformed, I used a small to medium sized pan and let the batter surround the entire pan , that way they came out all exactly the same size . This way takes longer because you're doing one pancake at a time but it's worth it.

Usually hate sweets but this looks nice -- I'd do a few layers with raspberry jelly and take the fruit out of the middle layer for a more professional look and more flavor
