Jell-o. Soak jellybeans and sour gummi bears in this stuff. Make mixed juice drinks. Sorbet. Spike it. Freeze it into popsicles. Make a clear gelatin fruit gel flavored with this and suspend fruits in it.

well, it won't be going bad any time soon. Maybe just set it aside til you are in the mood again.

It might make good jello shots, but I can't think of much else. It's a fruit drink, not a real ingredient.

The hard way is to freeze it for 15 minutes, stir the bejeezus out of it, put back in freezer, repeat until it's frozen completely, stir again, cover. Easy way is to get a sorbet maker.
