So /ck/, as an Amerifat will I hate this? Anyone like kippers/sardines? I wanted to try some and these seemed popular at my local grocer.

they're good in moderation and when used sparingly, but the taste is definitely strong.
i'm also an amerishoot and enjoy them on occasion. nothing to be afraid of

Chili pepper and olive oil are the best type. Eat with crusty bread to mopup the oil and maybe some slices of tomato.
I like thd Mediterranean ones that have olives.
Crap snack for smelly fish fucking vikings. Have some beef jerky like a real land game eating man.

It's a bit bowel cancer-y for me in anything other than extenuating circumstances.
they're absolutely disgusting, reek like ass. I feel like im getting trolled by this entire board when someone makes a sardines thread

That specific flavor or sardines in general?

>will I hate this?
hate is a choice so that's up to you.
Herring and sardine are very different things Anon. And tinned herring vastly different from fresh, you really wouldn't think they were the same fish. All are delicious in their own right.

Fuck should have said "tinned sardine" not herring.

OP here, I do really fucking love jerky. I was just curious about trying some fish in a can.

a sardine is not a fucking herring dumbfuck. They are 2 different species of fish.

I know. I also know your comprehension skills are poor.

>I heard pickled herring is great. Need to try that one soon.
Very much an acquired taste I'd have said.

Eat with a strong cheese, on a cracker, with hot sauce. Great combo, especially when drunk.
