Literally how am I supposed to not undercut my calories? I'm a fat fuck and low calorie food is so incredibly filling that I can't eat more than 1000 calories a day. I want the health benefits of this so I don't want to stuff some unhealthy stuff into me to make up for it.

Believe it or not, you have to eat more often

5 or so meals of low calorie stuff a day

Also make sure you're looking at sugars on low calorie food

And mix some flavorless fiber supplement like benefiber into any non-carbonated drink you like, it'll help you keep weight off

Every morning I go out, walk to my favorite track and run as long as I can. If anything that leave me sated for another 2 hours.

abstain from fat. avoid sugar. veggie bean chili with bread is a great diet food. also eat only twice a day (breakfast and dinner). and absolutely no snacking, unless you are doing something special.
