What are some healthy snacks besides just fruit and vegetables?
I usually just grab a low-sugar protein bar, but 1] those are expensive and 2] there isn't much variety.

protein bars are basically candy bars with higher protein content. Define healthy.

Sunflower seeds?

>a low-sugar protein bar
And by healthy, I mean a reasonable balance of macros, I guess. Not too much fat (potato chips), not too much sugar (granola bars).

mang pedro's chicharon
I thought it was spic style but turns out it's flips.

Your body can't use that protein.
Nuts
Also get a dehydrator and dry fruit that's in season for later
Yesterday I paid $5 for 2kg (4.5lb) of fresh strawberries then dried them overnight. Freeze once dried if you wish, will last forever.
Also dry apples, make beef jerky, mangos, pineapple, whatever the fuck you want
And the best part is you know it doesn't come from China and have preservatives and chemicals in it

Protip, you can just freeze them instead of drying and freezing. They come out tasting fresh and you can use them for anything.

Thanks, they have started to go a bit yuck but I'll try and find myself some space in the freezer and portion them up. Good snacks to take to work each day tbqh
For me, it is the McChicken, the best fast food sandwich.
