How can I quickly coat chicken nuggets with flour? I tried putting

I would just suck it up and roll it in the flour by hand but I have to make 10 fucking lbs of chicken nuggets

Lay them on a tray. Sift flour over them. shake the tray a bit to get the sides. Put another tray on top and flip. Remove first tray. Sift over the other side.

No mentions of avoiding mess were made. Besides, it's only messy if you fuck up somewhere. Use a tea strainer for the flour, use a large tray. Put something under the trays to catch stray flour - cling film/saran wrap should work wonders.
