Why is this allowed? It's ok if you're an autistic child but any adult who doesn't have the excuse should just suck it up and let their food touch.

I'm autistic. I don't care if food touches.
However, I do like the idea of having my food in easy little compartments. Makes it fun, like eating a TV dinner or having a school lunch.
If that was my plate, I would select different bites and mix two or three ingredients at a time to try out the different combination flavors.

I can dig this not in an autistic way but in a meal-of-lots-of-small-dishes way.
could be a portion control thing
fill it up once and dont go back for seconds
probably doesnt work well though
That is very obviously a crudite bowl. If you are using it for your regular meal, you are definitely autistic.

I'm pretty sure that's a relish tray
autists who insist on not having their food touch are really missing out. Like, but a dimple in your mashed potatoes... fill with peas... fucking great... turkey with gravy and dressing in the same bite? Absolutely divine... and oh what's that? A little bit of yams made it in there? Delicious.

I've always mixed the peas in the mash my whole life if I'm having them both. Gravy on it too if it's there.
less to clean at least
Man fuck that. I love taking little bits of some of the food and eating it together at Thanksgiving.
Little bit of turkey, stuffing, mashed potato and cranberry sauce. Fuck yeah. Perfect bite.

If my food mixes I go all the way until the point of homogeneity.
That said, FRIES SHOULD NEVER BE SOGGY, NOT EVEN FROM BEEF JUICES

I'm the opposite, I generally eat out of bowls where it's anything goes mystery bites after I fill it

what the fuck? the best part of thankgiving dinner is how everything mixes together.
the second best part is having a turkey/stuffing/cranberry sauce/ mashed potato/ green bean casserole sandwich the next day
>letting your food touch is /ck/'s standard for being an adult
Well that answers a lot of questions

That's an awesome idea! Seems really convenient. I couldn't care less about food touching though. I'm assuming, from you mentioning it, that it's an issue for some people.
