I made about a pound and a half of avocado/jalapeno hummus in order to get rid of a can of chick peas. It's too much just to use it as a dip though, so what are some good recipes I can use hummus in?
Its gonna go bad pretty quick so better hurry

I know, that's why I wanted recipes to use it with.
How quickly will it go bad though?

freezing ti is your only option and it will never be the same
I just hope you learned your lesson

What "lesson"? I had some extra chick peas, and I spent an hour turning them, a jalapeno, a clove of garlic, and half an avocado into hummus.
Have you tried deep frying it?

Spread it on tortillas with veggies and meat to make a wrap

Just use it on a sandwich or a burger. Hummus, spring mix, spinach leaves, carrots is one of my favorite sandwiches.

And now it will all spoil. Make less next time idiot.

Then I'd have half a can of chick peas, half a jalapeno, half a clove of garlic, and an extra quarter of an avocado left over.
make a simple dumpling dough and steam them. white wine sauce maybe. nice and light

I use it as a base for salad dressing sometimes. Honestly, I used to work in a hummus restaurant and sometimes I would get quarts of fresh hummus to take home. It is surprisingly good as an addition to a lot of sauces, even as a thickener for soups or stews, and of course as a spread on toast sandwiches etc.

wait a second, you only used half a can of chickpeas and you are stressed that it is too much?? What was it, an industrial sized vat??!! H

No, I used one full can of chickpeas. If I'd made less, I would have had an awkward amount of leftover chickpeas/other ingredients.
