QP uses a better grind of meat which is a bit coarser so better texture. Triple cheeseburger uses three very flat patties that easily dries up during cooking, so 3 unsatisfying patties.

I eat McDonalds and always compare one against the other. I'd rather go QP/DQP than anything else to be honest.
