I just realized I can make rice in my microwave and ate two whole bowls of it with only sojasauce.
What can I add to rice that would make it better? I think that so much sodium is bad for blood circulation or shit like that.
The cheaper the better, and no nationalized products pls.

You can find MSG labeled as Accent in places like Kroger or QFC and apparently Walmart

flavor ehancer. Asian shops sell them.

I've never heard any brand names you just mentioned, nor are there any Krogers or Walmarts here. Is this some sort of goulash? I've never seen a product advertised as pure flavor enhancer.

MSG is sodium glutamate. It gives food the savoury flavor that e.g. soy sauce has. MSG can be used to lower you r sodium intake as it gives a pretty similar taste with less sodium.
Looks like I ate too much rice and now I feel like throwing up. Why has life to be so cruel?

MSG is also a sodium salt. It occurs naturally in many vegetables. But using he industrial dosage stuff by the spoon full has been blamed for a plethora of negative health effects, from indigestion over headaches to blood pressure issues and allergies. It's in all the fast food and processed food.
Regulate your blood pressure with other electrolytes, not more sodium salts.
What the fuck is sojasauce
Is this quinky sauce?
