Make your own pesto, asshat.
>>8167447
you could try mixing it with alfredo to make a creamy pesto sauce
that jar is probably for people who want to use pesto on sandwiches
hmm I guess I must have wrong kinda pesto then - if no one's got something that makes sense for me I'll just use tikka masala when it's ready in 10 minutes, thanks anyway though anons

You drain the pasta, then put it back in the pot or in a big bowl with the sauce and toss it around to cover the pasta.
Are you really so stupid that you don't know how to mix things?
>>8167552
yeah that's how I mix normal sauces just don't know how to mix this pesto cus it's so dense - need to get it on all the pasta, y'know? anyway used tikka masala instead hopefully I'll have the balls to try pesto tomorrow. Thanks anon.

>>8169005
Don't be a butt, pesto's easy af to make.
1. Basil
2. Some sort nut like a walnut or pine nut
3. Olive oil
4. Mortar and pestle/or food processor
wa la you got pesto. Add creme if you desire it.
I love pesto but to be honest it's one of the few things that give me heartburn.

no parmesan cheese?
>>8170930
Oh yeah, that too. And garlic. Sometimes I add the Parmesan separately, though.
Reserve a bit of the starchy pasta water to wet it or add some olive oil too. How is this thread even a thing?
>>8170887
>no garlic
bruh
>>8170887
yeah well I doubt he has a mortar or a food processor. In which case making pesto is fucking painful/impossible.
