cooking adventures which didn't go well thread

>decide to make pizza for the first time
>look up how to make pizza dough
>Recipe is there to make 1 pizza
>decide to be lazy and just look at ingredients
>add lukewarm water, yeast, olive oil, salt and sugar into the same container and set for 10 minutes
>reread instructions
>should have only added yeast into lukewarm water, add everything else into dough after 10 minutes.
>can't be fucked should be good enough
>add everything together
>my dough looks like pancake mix
>i actually used correct amounts in recipe, turns out recipe is just shit
>add another cup of flour to actually turn it into a dough
>knead the shit out of it
>cook sauce in the meantime
>try and find oregano
>only find taco premix, cinmamon and nutmeg
>call roommate as to where the fuck all the spices have gone
>turns out they invited people over to do a 'spice' challenge
>apparently too hipster to do the cinnamon challenge i fucking hate my room mate
>nothing to add to sauce
>wait a little bit for dough to settle
>nothing happens
>get a rolling pin and stretch it out
>i have 2 big pizzas worth of dough
>cut dough in half and roll out 2 pizzas
>i know i have enough sauce
>cover pizza with sauce, just enough to do fill them both
>get cheese
>one bag is moldy, fucking roommate decided to open another bag instead of finishing the previously opened one
>non moldy bag is half full of grated mozzarella
>not enough to cover pizza
>have to cut a little bit of american square cheese to cover pizza properly
>go to pepperoni
>i greatly underestimated how much pepperoni we have
>enough for 1 pizza but split it between 2
>have oven preheated so all good to go
>cook pizza and eat

Pizzas were a 5/10.
