Howdy boys, I'm in the mood for questionably shitty Chinese food for lunch. Their General Tsao's is legit, and their sweet and sour pork was God damn awful.
Any suggestions? Will post results.
And what the heck is 4 seasonal food?
the answer to this question is always
THE GENERAL
Get the Cashew chicken or the pepper chicken. Orange chicken is good but from some places unreliable in taste.

Shredded pork in garlic sauce.
sweet n sauwa chicken, chicken chow mein

>And what the heck is 4 seasonal food?
My semi educated guess would be that since chinese food is directly related to chinese traditional medicine and seasonal changes that it would imply that this food is good for one's health all year long.

A cursory search revealed that it is a blend of meats(most commonly chicken, beef, and pork, and lobster, although the menu having distinct beef and chicken versions suggests otherwise) in a "delicate brown sauce"(expect chicken or beef as the base, with ginger and a spicy element), and some combination of vegetables(commonly mushrooms and snow peas). I'd ask at the restaurant.

>moo goo gai pan
sounds like cantonese for mushroom and chicken rice, but the pan should be fan.
