Is there such thing as good premade chicken tendies? I've tried all the brands I can find but they're all shit. I have a fryer so I'm not just nuking or baking them. I figure half the restaurants around order theirs instead of hand breading them and most all are pretty good, but the ones I buy at the supermarket are awful. Anyone in the restaurant biz know where to get the best tendies?

Restaurants buy raw chicken and prepare them. If i remember correctly you buy a chicken steak, butterfly cut it or some shit, it goes to buttermilk, flour, buttermilk again, and then flour, and then you deep fried it for 6 minutes, then you cut it half, and then you cut those halfs in 3 pieces and then WA LA

Woops, I didnt read your post correctly. I dont like frozen chicken tendies, I used to eat Tyson but they taste crappy now. I would recommend frozen Popcorn chicken tho, they taste pretty good, better than tendies tbqh
