steak by itself is great and I'd be fine if a steakhouse said they didnt have A1 but I just prefer it with the sauce, and its not like I douse that shit in it, for every bite I take I only dip like a tiny corner in A1. I just find it complements the steak flavor really, really well and makes the steak 10x better
