Stop overreacting. Yes, the sidewalks in front of the fish markets are pretty ripe by the end of the day, but it isn't that bad.

As for where to eat, your pic is right around the corner from Nom Wah, where they sling average dim sum all day long in a tourist friendly environment. My guess is you wouldn't be able to handle much more than that.

I live in Hong Kong, that's just a generic name for a type of restaurant (i.e. 'casual dining restaurant'). It's weird seeing it used as the actual name of one.
