Probably the easiest thing to fix in cooking
You can pull out some cups of liquid
Or just bring it to the boil and wait a bit longer
>tfw you stick your dick in aunt Vickie's potato salad but she put jalapenos in it
Throw in some roux. It probably needs some butter anyways.
>take out 1-2 cups of liquid, wait for it to cool a bit
>whisk in a teaspoon of cornstarch per cup
>mix back into stew
It's like you guys don't know how to cook or something
>finish simmering stock for 12hrs
>strain it right down the drain

What's wrong with you?

I would probably laugh if I did that

Why don't you just let it simmer and reduce?

>i do not understand the principle of reduction: the thread
Are you seriously retarded?
It is literally impossible for water to get above 100 degrees centigrade (unless under pressure).
If you add more heat, more water will evaporate off and the temperature will remain constant.
Did you fail physics anon? Because this is pretty basic stuff.
