2 cups of chicken, shred it with a fork. One bar of cream cheese. 1/2 cup franks red hot. 1/2 cup ranch dressing, 1/2 cup blue cheese.

Combine all ingredients into baking dish of appropriate size

Bake 20 minutes

Toss it in the trash. Canned chicken is garbage, always dry and has a weird flavor.


And I say that as someone perfectly comfortable with eating all other types of canned meat.

chicken quesadillas
chicken panini

basically you can substitute it for anything that can use pulled chicken.

i eat a decent amount of this stuff because i reallylike chicken salad. you can make chicken salad a lot of different ways.

for buffalo chicken stuff, i only use blue cheese dressing (i like Wishbone), and Frank's (the buffalo kind). turn it into quesadillas, sandwiches, dip for chips/nachos, etc.

you can mix it with barbecue sauce for a barbecue chicken pizza. (but buffalo chicken pizza is a lot better)

chicken pot pie is a way to use it, but it's a decent amount of work. i'd just use regular chicken breast if if i were going to go through the trouble of making it.
