Lumpfish caviar is known to be inexpensive and of poor quality, it is even inferior to flying fish caviar which is even cheaper than lumpfish caviar.

They flash freeze it and send it to you on liquid nitrogen, and it thaws very excellently, stores for months. Highly rec to eat on good bread/10.
