Meal prep ideas that can be frozen and nuked while not putting you off, pic is a failed attempt
Potato.
lentils soaked for an hour only take 1 minute to cook in a pressure cooker. So throw in some other veggies, or whatever, fire up pc and you got yourself a meal.

Ya those potatoes and tomatoes don't survive the freezing process and end up exploding in the nuke, the mush hummus I went for a no face day today

Any way to have some crunchy vegetables with those? Tired of stews since the entire thing has the same consistency and flavor. Again don't know of to many vegetables hold texture well after freezing and nuked.

Will look up some recipes, that might be what I am looking for. Hardy beef/chicken base with crunchy vegetables which are not affected by freezing and nuke since any water that come out goes into the curry part anyways. Bonus since it goes with easy made rice.
