what are some foods that do not make your shits smell sour or smell at all?
the past few days my shits have been smelling really sour for some reason idk if its my body just rotting or im eating literal shit.

Alcohol. Makes my shit smell like death.

Broccoli and chicken
Vegetables and fruit.
Shit always smells. Why don't you stop fingering your ass and playing with your shit, and your boyfriend's shit? Just stop eating completely for several weeks if you want your ass to stop stinking.

Shit doesn't always smell. There are times when I'm taking a shit and no smells come of it.

>Shit always smells.
This is true, but some shit stinks worse than others. I go for days eating plant based meals like a vegan. A few days like that and my shit hardly smells at all, unless I eat a ton of garlic. But as soon as I eat a meal heavy with meat, fish or dairy I notice it the next day, because my shit smells much worse than usual.

>garlic
I think that's why my shit has been smelling weird as of late. I've been consuming lots of garlic and it was making my shits smell funky and sour for some odd reason

You seem to care since you're posting itt. Also who the fuck takes 60 second shits? I'm usually browsing my phone or iPad like what I am doing now in the toilet

It's not that I care. It's just something I noticed, and realize it matched my pattern of eating. The old, "What crawled up your ass and died?" line is kind of in line with m experience. When I don't eat a lot of animal products my shit stops smelling like something crawled up my ass and died.
ive noticed white castle and burger king seem to destroy my guts
never seem to have any issue with any other fastfood burger, but those 2 just fuck my shit up

Why wouldn't you want to improve something if it was within your power?
>>8099859
Because there are many other things that I'd much rather spend time and effort on.
Lots of peanut butter can turn you into a walking gas chamber of WW2 levels.

It's not additional time, you're just shifting diets. Eating a salad doesn't take any more time than eating a burger.

If it didn't take any time or effort then what exactly is going on with this thread? It sure seems to me that time and effort are both being expended to determine which dietary changes to make.
