What're some coffee brands I can get that'll impress guests? I try to save the good shit for guests

>stone three tuppence
When you have to google something that someone said, they're probably not saying it right.

Why not impress them by just making good coffee for them?
Get some beans from a nearby roaster and learn how to make coffee in an aeropress/french press/moka pot/pourover

Folgers is pretty good.
Not the instant kind but the one that looks like beans that have been ground up.
I think it comes in a red container.

Basically just keep unground beans, make sure they're fresh and well sealed away from sunlight. Grind them ahead of time, and use, idk, an aeropress.
JBC Coffee Roasters Deri Kochoha Espresso is pr good
"Has Bean" coffee. Good shit.
You don't impress lay people with coffee itself, you impress them with creamer.
related question: What's the best cheapish brand of coffee?
Bustelo? Any of the store brands decent, such as Wegman's? I used to buy one of the near-$10 brands because I was drinking pretty infrequently, but now I'm buying for 2-3 people to drink every day at the office.
I don't guess it'll matter too much. Cheap coffee's never been that bad if made strongly. The office building has a Flavia machine, and the coffee from that is some of the worst I've ever had. Makes Keurig seem like gourmet shit.

Don Francisco is decent.

I hate those things. Not even made with dairy. Has this weird moutfeel. fake and glossy and disgusting. and too sweet.
I used to like them, but half and half is now what I am used to and when I am accidently given a coffee with one of these 'creamers' I can't help but notice how much of shit it tastes like.

Bustelo's how much? $3.99/10oz?
I think Maxwell House French roast tastes better than original Bustelo, actually, so I'd recommend that, especially when it's on sale (I've caught sale + coupon deals where an 11oz canister set me back only $1.49).
If you live in or near Louisiana (or don't mind ordering it online on Anon's word), get yourself Community. They're sold in a 32oz size for $13something, working out to about $4.25/10oz, so only a little more expensive than Bustelo. Community is my fav American roaster, especially their dark roasts and their chicory blend. Their chicory blend is fanfuckingtastic.
