For what purpose? All you manage to do with that is wash off the spices and caramelization on the meat.

I could get it if you'd use that stuff to make a gravy but there are just resting juices on the plate.

The most memorable meal was a perfectly rare piece of prime rib my uncle had cooked with a side of purple fingerling potatoes and asparagus and a cup of cheap red wine. It was on a fishing trip up north and I felt like a king.
