I remember when I was 16 I was 5'2 and basically looked like a 10 year old because I had rejected milk ever since I was a kid. Not lactose intolerant or anything, I was just disgusted by it and any milk products. Once I accidentally drank chocolate milk and now that I'm 23, I'm 6'3 and /fit/ as fuck. I can drink milk and eat dairy products with no problem now. I owe my fucking life to chocolate milk.

the only problem with dairy products is they can cause sleep apnea. What this does is cause oxygen deprivation during sleep. If you wake up lethargic, or are chronically tired during the day, you might have sleep apnea and should quit dairy asap.

No. No they don't, barring any allergy or lactose intolerance milk will not cause any issue, especially not in a pulmonary sense. I'd recommend a sleep study for you, there are various reasons you may be experiencing sleep apnea, but milk is not one of them.
