Any frenchfags around here?
Where can I find cottage cheese around here?
Is this the same thing as "fromage blanc"?
First, you're going to need to build your own cheese cloth loom. Or just go out and get a quart of cottage cheese.

carrefour
In any supermarket. Search for "faiselle".

Now that's I've looked it up, faiselle doesn't have as much calories as cottage cheese, it's not the same product, it has even less calories than "fromage blanc"
Jockey from the brand Danone seems like a good substitute. Faiselle too, add some cream idk.
I saw that Franprix or Moniprix (two supermarkets) sell cottage... But... You know it's quite random, one Moniprix two feets away from another one will not sell the same products so...
Try to find an UK/US specialized market if you're in a big city, this won't be an issue.
