/ck/ I'm trying to make baked mac and cheese, and the recipe I grabbed up says to add paprika and mustard powder to the cheese mix while the pasta is cooking.
Other recipes don't mention this at all and I'm guessing it's opinion based. What do you guys figure? Do you think paprika and mustard is fine for a cheese sauce for mac'n'chese?
Whatever Ruby Tuesdays does. I will find out one way or another.
It's totally fine, I prefer mine without mustard, I add cayenne instead. It's all taste though.
Oh, I also heat up butter on a small skillet and throw minced garlic for like 30 seconds and toast breadcrumbs in that. It comes out super good, you should try.

Where the fuck did you get breadcrumbs from. Everywhere I look I can't find a spot to buy it and I sure as fuck am not going to look like a tard by ripping bread apart.

Dunno if this will help, but I like toasting some stale-ish bread and then breaking it apart. I then throw it into a blender with some spices, and then you have bread crumbs.
The sharp flavour will add sharpness to the cheese. It's nice.

Toast one piece of toast a little too far (all dark brown, no black) and drag a blade perpendicular to it.
