OP here, done eating, it was breddy gud.
Ground chuck takes an enormous ammount of SPG for it to be noticeable and those hunks take quite some time to be done.

I think i'll make 'em shot glass sized next time.

Nope, they stayed right where they were for about 40 minutes.

They were very juicy but a little undercooked.
I should've glazed them with bbq sauce one more time and let them cook for another 10 minutes.
