If we are talking Countrytime then I bet you could use it in place of sugar to make lemon pound cake but you might want to go half and half so you don't make it too tart

pour into popsicle molds
slice in half fresh fruit on hand, blueberries, raspberries, etc etc

freeze
easy popsicles

or use ice cube tray and toothpicks with plastic wrap

I suggest you throw it in the fucking garbage and the next time you want lemonade or lemon desserts, you buy lemons and sugar instead.
